Silverthorne Lane
706 Bedrooms

Currently under construction in Bristol’s Temple Quarter canalside district, Silverthorne Lane includes purpose-built student accommodation as part of a wider mixed-use regeneration scheme. Electrocall Ltd is carrying out the first and second fix electrical installation in the student bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, providing safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems.

This project demonstrates Electrocall’s ability to deliver tailored electrical solutions that meet the demands of modern student living.

Crown place Birmingham
814 Bedrooms

Planned as a landmark 33‑storey student accommodation tower in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre, Crown Place provides 814 beds across studios, cluster flats, and duplexes on Lancaster Street. Electrocall Ltd is carrying out the first and second fix electrical installation in the student bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, delivering safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems.

The project reflects Electrocall’s commitment to delivering high-quality, dependable electrical systems for large-scale student developments.

Crown Place, Cardiff
374 Bedrooms

Once a 1960s office block in the heart of Cardiff’s city centre, Crown Place was redeveloped into a purpose-built student residence with 378 studies and studios, just minutes from Cardiff University. Electrocall Ltd carried out the first and second fix electrical installation in the student bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, providing safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems.

The development showcases Electrocall’s expertise in creating dependable and future-ready electrical systems for student accommodation.

Crown Place, Swansea
638 Bedrooms

Crown Place is a new-build student residence in Swansea’s waterfront district, providing 638 modern studios and en‑suite rooms. Electrocall completed the first and second fix electrical installation in the bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, delivering safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems tailored for student living.

This project highlights Electrocall’s expertise in delivering high-quality electrical solutions for large-scale student accommodation developments across Wales and the UK.

Courtyard by Marriott Exeter Sandy Park
250 Bedrooms

Once a green‑field site adjacent to Sandy Park Stadium in Exeter, this nine‑storey, 250‑bedroom hotel enjoys a prime location just off the M5 motorway. Electrocall Ltd carried out the first and second fix electrical installation in the guest rooms, corridors, and communal areas, delivering safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems.

This project highlights Electrocall’s capability to deliver high-quality, future-ready electrical solutions for large-scale hotel developments.

University of the West of England 
900 Bedrooms

Once a major new-build student village at UWE’s Frenchay Campus in Bristol, the 26,000 m² development delivers 900 beds across studios and 4‑, 6‑ and 8‑bed clusters, making it one of the UK’s largest low‑carbon student accommodation schemes. Electrocall Ltd carried out the first and second fix electrical installation in the student bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, providing safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems throughout.

This project highlights Electrocall’s ability to provide high-quality, efficient electrical solutions for major projects.

Once a centrally-located former bingo hall in Nottingham city centre, Crown Place was redeveloped into a modern purpose-built student residence offering 426 beds across studios and cluster flats. Electrocall Ltd carried out the first and second fix electrical installation in the student bedrooms, communal kitchens, and hallways, delivering safe, reliable, and energy-efficient power, lighting, and data systems.

This project highlights Electrocall’s capability to deliver modern, high-performance electrical systems for student living environments.

Once a 21‑storey office building in the heart of Wembley, Wembley Point was redeveloped into a modern residential tower offering 439 contemporary homes, alongside commercial and amenity spaces. Electrocall Ltd carried out the full electrical installation, delivering power distribution, lighting, data systems, and communal area infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and fully connected living spaces. This project highlights Electrocall’s expertise in complex residential and mixed‑use developments across Wales and the UK, combining high standards of quality, compliance, and innovation in electrical services.
